Unfortunately, this option isn’t available in every country. The first one is by using an iCloud link. There are two ways to share photos and videos from your iCloud Photo Library.

So, if you edit or delete an image on your iPhone, you would lose your original file as it would be edited or deleted on iCloud too. All your photos and videos saved on iCloud are synced with your devices.
